With over 10 years of hands-on, successful teaching experience, I am confident in my ability and passion to become a positive addition to your academics as a chemistry teacher.

I have earned a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Electronics & Communication. I have completed the PGDIE Course in International Education from Birmingham City University. I have had the opportunity to teach students of the curriculum IB Diploma Program (HL/SL), CIE AS and A Level, IGCSE in Singapore. I have had the opportunity to teach students who functioned below, on, and above grade level. I have been very successful at accommodating diverse student needs by facilitating all styles of learners, offering individualized support, and integrating effective materials.

I encourage learning by using a number of different manipulative and hands-on activities. By incorporating class discussions, open-ended questions, and cooperative learning, I am able to facilitate a highly interactive and inquisitive class atmosphere. In addition, I utilize weekly quizzes and monthly tests to track student progress, locate areas of weakness, and prepare students for final exams. Read less
